We have been working around the clock to fulfill all of your orders and we're pretty dang close! All of the U.S. based orders have been shipped and you should have a tracking number for those. In the next 3-7 days, all of the international orders (that do not include an add-on item other than a Plexus Wheel) will be shipped. International orders that do include an add-on item other than a Plexus Wheel will ship together with that item when the add-ons arrive. This will help you save on customs and duties, and make the shipping cost bearable. We can ship them separately, if $39 of additional shipping is purchased. International shipping is just really expensive and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

Back Painers!
Just wanted to send you a quick message before the weekend. First, the survey has been built out on our end. We are just waiting to get everything approved and test the process, so there are no hiccups. The survey is going to be sent out this coming Monday or Tuesday, so in 3-4 days! It will be sent directly to the email you have hooked up to your IGG account. Be on the lookout!
Second, production is going very smoothly. As many of you know, this campaign started on Kickstarter. We are currently in the shipping process for the Kickstarter backers. Things are right on time! We expect to finish shipping to them near the end of this month and then immediately start shipping for you! So, shipping for Indiegogo is scheduled to start at the end of October and continue through November. You will be notified once your order ships with an email from us and a tracking number.

Happy Friday! Here is an update to keep you in the loop. Sorry for those who have been waiting on us. We are working a lot on production. The good news is, production is right on schedule and this will not delay when you get your PW+!
The survey build will be completed and sent out next week. In the survey you will be able to manage your pledge: Like include extra wheels at a discount, pick up a carry case, or upgrade your current reward level. Pay close attention to the Add Ons in the survey, as they will likely be the best deal you will be able to get on other Chirp Products. :)
Shipping will start in just a couple of weeks, at the end of this month and continue through November. Thanks for your support and have a great week!
