The wheel cases have finally shipped to us. These were part of the post campaign survey. We air freighted them, because they have notably taken WAY too long to manufacturer. They are scheduled to arrive to our fulfillment center on the 15th of this month. Once they arrive, everyone that ordered a case will immediately be sent their case. You will receive a tracking number email when your case ships.
If you are an international backer that included the wheel case in your order, your wheels and case will ship together.
We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay on the cases. If you would like to purchase a case for your wheels, you will be able to do so on our website in the next month or so. We'll email you when it launches. :)

NOTE: USA based orders with Add On items ship separately, so you should have been sent the Plexus Wheel+ and will then receive a separate package with your Add On Item(s).

We are experiencing a delay in shipment that unfortunately is out of our control. We are waiting on several shipments that contain over 9,000 Plexus Wheels. Due to the busy holiday season, we’ve been trying to communicate with shipping companies to expedite the process to no avail. The good news is that we should be getting the shipment any day now and are expecting to ship them out from our fulfillment center as soon as next week.
We understand how frustrating this can be and apologize for the inconvenience. We reassure you that the wheels are worth the wait.

I apologize for getting back to you guys so late and I want to make sure you get taken care of!
Our last update was a little off and our fulfillment center had fallen behind a little bit. We were able to push out thousands of shipments over the last 3 days, so most people should have their order or a tracking number.
Here is our schedule for things:
On Monday, in 3 days, all US orders will have tracking information. Make sure you have filled out the survey that is emailed to you 11 days after you place your order. (If it has not been 11 days, you will not have received it yet and will after that time frame. This is because of IGG's return policy.)
On Monday, in 3 days, all International backers who didn't purchase add-ons in the survey, will also have tracking information.
Orders that will not have tracking information: If you are an international backer with add-ons. At this time we are waiting to ship those out until we have the add-ons to ship with the wheels. We are expecting to have those orders ready to be shipped out in January. This will help you save on customs and duties, and make the shipping cost bearable. We can ship them separately, if $39 of additional shipping is purchased. International shipping is just really expensive and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
